Ella’s backpack broke last year otherwise we wouldn’t have been on the hunt for a new one to be honest and we always grab a couple extra school supplies to donate, so we headed in store to pick out some back to school goods! Ella loved the Parkland butterfly backpack – probably because of our Monarch sanctuary this summer. She picked out the matching lunchbox for it and I loveeeee that this brand makes backpacks out of recycled water bottles, we are all about recycling around here! Noah picked out a space ship one and a dinosaur lunch box. There were such a great variety of items and all of great quality, we even picked out a Bento lunchbox for Ella. We’ve always used a stainless steel one but we thought it would be great to have a spare container that has great reviews.
Lastly I stocked up on cookbooks to fuel my creative lunch making this year, Little Bento and there are so many cute ideas guys!!! I’ve linked to a couple more of my favourite kiddo friendly cookbooks below too.
