3rd Trimester – Fall Walks

Please meet the only pair of yoga pants that are comfortable right now for me, and t shirt. Other than these two fabulous Queen Bee Maternity items, I live in two other dresses. I cannot believe the way my belly has grown compared to our last pregnancy, some maternity tops literally the ruching lines do not even sit flush anymore along my sides…if I go another 3 weeks I will no doubt tip over ha ha! We are nearing that time, the time we have been ever so eagerly waiting for – to meet our 2nd child. These months seem to have flown by, now I am struggling to walk to the mail box & back without needing a cat nap. The 3rd trimester is not easy by any means, I was too busy aiding in last minute renovations in our last pregnancy to notice. My maternity workouts these days are minimal. I stick to walking, yoga stretches & squats on the yoga ball to prepare for labour. My midwives and I agree that spending the majority of my week running waddling after 2 toddlers is exercise enough, phew!

This workout set was sent to me by a stylish maternity line from Australia, a lovely mother started this online company from her home while trying to show people that a nursing mother could still be comfortable & fashionable…fashion does not disappear after having a baby. Yes, it changes as your priorities for the most part are getting your breast out as quickly as possible but this can still be done in designer clothing!
