Ingredients

  • 5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 tbsp Himalayan Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash, peel and roughly chop the potatoes. 

    2. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. 

    3. Add potatoes to pot and let boil until potatoes are soft. 

    4. Drain the water and mash the potatoes with salt and vegan butter mixture until desired consistency is achieved.
