Healthy Baking Recipes from last year

Instead of re making posts of my recipes from last years blogging I thought I would put together one post with a few of the recipes for you all to peruse. I created all of this recipes myself and we loved each of them, I hope you do too!

Healthy oatmeal cookies

These fabulous treats are sugar free (no unnatural sugar that is), gluten free an are peanut & dairy free!

Preheat oven to 350 & mix together:
– 3 ripe and mashed bananas
– 2 cups of oats (gluten free)
– 1 Tsp of Vanilla
– 1 Tsp of Cinnamon
– 1/4 Cup of Flax liquid beverage OR Sweetened Almond Milk
– 1/3 Cup of Apple Sauce (can be sweetened)
Bake by the spoonful at 350 for approx 20 minutes & let cool. I needed to add something as I used the flax beverage and unsweetened apple sauce and the banana sweetness just didn’t cut it. So I added organic wildflower honey atop each cooler cookie…perfection!
